Delivery
All items are delivered within 7 days of publication (for pre-orders) and within 7 days for orders after publication.
Isle of Wight postcode deliveries are usually by hand by 5063 Publishing.
Mainland U.K. orders are delivered by ‘Royal Mail Signed-For’, which is a tracked service for which you will need to sign for receipt.
Returns
You may return an order for a full refund, but the item must be unused and in perfect condition, returned in the original packaging. A refund will not be granted where there are signs that the item has been read/used.
If the item is damaged on delivery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent (we will require return of the original delivery, in the original packaging.
